Complaint Policy & Procedure

Students’ concerns and complaints will be brought to the attention of the instructor.  In the event the complaint its about one of the faculty, the student will use the open door policy of this school and speak with the school director. The school shall resolve student complaints promptly and fairly and shall not subject a student to punitive action because of written grievances having been filed with the school, any of its faculty with the school or with the state

b) The school will maintain a written record of its handling of all student complaints.

c) ANY STUDENT OR EMPLOYEE WHO BELIEVES HE HAS BEEN AGGRIEVED will be notified of their rights under the ACT and SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO FILE A WRITTEN COMPLAINT OF THE ALLEGED VIOLATION TO IBHE.

Open Door Policy
Any student can speak with the School Director by requesting the Directors’ assistance on any situation involving conduct of any student or faculty member during the course of regular business hours.

"COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS SCHOOL MAY BE REGISTERED WITH THE BOARD OF HIGHER EDUCATION."
